Do you want to be a part of the amazing event that is the JAPFEST festival? Registering for the first time and unsure about the whole process? Below you’ll find a brief description of how it all looks.

It might be obvious, but you need to be the owner of a Japanese car 😉

You take three high-quality photos that showcase your car well.

You fill out the registration form, which will open in a separate window after clicking this item.

You will receive a registration confirmation to the email provided by you, and then you wait for a message from us regarding whether your car has passed the selection.

Once your car is qualified, you will receive a set of information available only to participants, along with a payment link, sent to your email.

Of course, you can bring accompanying persons with you, up to the maximum number of passengers allowed by the vehicle you are registering.

After making the payment for yourself and any accompanying persons, you will receive a payment confirmation email along with the participation ticket.

If you're interested in registering for sports trials (Time Attack, Endurance, Drift, Drag), you sign up for them before arriving using the user panel.

You will receive an email informing you of the time you can arrive at the venue on the first day of the festival. Based on your registration number and name, you will be allowed entry to the venue.

You will receive a sticker for your windshield and wristbands for yourself and any registered passengers. These entitle you to access the venue throughout the duration of the festival.

As a participant, you can enter and exit the venue at any time during the day based on the sticker on your windshield and wristbands (passengers must also have wristbands).

In case of any questions or doubts, our team (wearing reflective vests with the JF logo) will provide you with all the necessary information.
